In order to tag them and to edit them (if the author no longer replies to criticism of their translation) one needs to add a certain amount of sentences (I guess ~ 1000 would be enough) and then request a "advanced contributor" and ultimately "corpus maintainer" status. By now the person having rights to tag and edit Lojban sentences is la gleki. Of all content problems you may report to him.
