I don't know whether it's possible to change the title of a page, but I don't know how to do it. I also don't know how to delete a page.
Apparently it started with [[Loglan]] which had an unofficial "drag" character ''rrr'', which eventually got incorporated with the language. From then Lojban was developed, using '''Y'''. (Folk law, until someone corrects it.)
