Any of the linguists-by-training/education have suggestions for canonical books in Linguistics that Lojbanists should read?

  • Semantics
  • Syntax
  • Language Acquisition

(LinguistsDeleteMe: Those are merely some catagories that came to mind in which book suggestions would be appreciated, add/remove whatever is/isn't appropriate.)

(For a start, ittgenstein's "Philosophical Investigations" might not be inappropriate. When we wonder what it is to express ourselves lobykai, and not simply encode our English, we are asking Wittgensteinian questions.)
