The equivalence between tcadu1 and turni1 is of course very loose.

It might be decided in the interest of sanity that tcadu2 (metropolitan area) and tcadu4 (hinterland) should be dropped, because they contribute nothing to the notion of capitalhood. I think this would be wrong: this kind of dropping would not be predictable, and consistency is very important in novel place structures. Besides, a trutca is still a tcadu.


A trutca is not, however, a turni. So Adam Cooper propose:

  • x1=tcadu1 x2=turni2 x3=tcadu2 x4=tcadu3 x5=tcadu4
