*:Since the syntax was created independently of meaning, I am loath to attribute semantic significance to it. Furthermore, the official syntax is so perverse and peculiar that one shouldn't be obliged to learn it. It should be sufficient that one learns which strings are and aren't licit, without learning the official generative rules. In technical terms, it should be sufficient that one learns a grammar that is weakly equivalent in generative capacity to the official grammar.

The more kills gained the more powerful the classes available.
**: Yes, I agree. Ideally it would be possible to define a new simplified grammar that matches more closely the grammar that one learns, though.

tremulous-jbo.po contains roughly 1,000 messages. Translation is continuous (and versioned). To translate a message, simply write the translation in the "msgstr" field, which is directly below the "msgid" field, in between the double quotations. Translations can also be improved, (by just editing them). Small contributions are, of course, welcome, even a single translation! Only roughly 0.1% (about 1 message) has been translated.

help-jbo.txt is a specially-formatted file that could also use contributors, but this file likely will be rewritten (in English) before the final, as it describes the gameplay improvements since the last version. (Like tremulous-jbo.po, this file should be viewed and edited via the edit box, as it is not wiki-formatted.)
