You understand 'or' perfectly well - you knew it meant .a, and you knew it was english - hence zoi gy. - and you have posted in english on the jboste several times.

Come to think of it, base-3 is actually the most efficient (integer) base when it comes to things like house-numbers or cards to show page numbers. I mean, if you have to be able to display every number from 0 to n in base b (and thus you need log-to-base-b of n copies of every digit), it's need the fewest such copies if your base is 3 (e would be ideal, but we're staying with integers). Maybe that should be the default pe'inai zo'o? --mi'e .mark.
