Eulojban

Eulojban is a subdialect of Lojban; specifically, a subdialect of the ce ki tau jei dialect (thus use of Eulojban presupposes use of ce ki tau jei, and is not meant to duplicate anything already reassigned by CKTJ)

It has one characteristic feature: eu is a valid diphthong in Eulojban. This gives more room for monosyllabic cmavo (and potentially rafsi).

Here are some suggested assignments for this new cmavo space (currently tentative):

q might be [ŋ] (idea stolen from Toaq Dzu). [ŋ] is still considered an allophone of n before k/g/x, thus the combinations qk / qg / qx are disallowed.
